An attractive loyalty scheme

Beginning in January 2004, all the magazines of the Marie Claire Group and titles handled by Interdeco came together to launch its first major loyalty campaign on the advertising market: LES MILES.

This scheme concerning a total of 88 magazine titles, offered advertisers an opportunity to highlight their advertising investments by accumulating miles entitling them to free pages.

The campaign's operation is quite simple :
For each page purchased (from a given threshold) a certain number of miles can be obtained, according to a scale provided to advertisers.
Knowing that one mile is worth one Euro, in order to obtain a free page, it is necessary to reach an equivalent number of miles for the cover price of this page. This additional loyalty bonus is the first one to have entered into the world of media sales. Particularly attractive, it is easy to use for advertisers since it is based on easily identifiable rate and surface criteria.
